Design for the new web.

A creative lab helping digital brands thrive — where the craft of a luxury house meets the fluency of pop culture.

Start a brief

01 — Capabilities

Six things we do, properly.

Engagements run standalone or as a full build. Every one starts with a brief and a fixed scope — no retainers you can't read.

Brand Identity

Naming, positioning, marks, type systems and the guidelines that keep them alive after handover.

  • Type System
  • Guidelines

Web Design

Sites built as arguments, not templates — art direction, motion and copy shaped together, then shipped.

  • Build
  • CMS

UI/UX

Flows, wireframes, design systems and prototypes for teams who need the interface to survive contact with users.

Product & Apps

From a first screen to a working product surface — designed, specced and handed to engineering without translation loss.

  • Concept
  • Screens
  • Spec
  • Handoff

Art Direction

Campaign concepts, image direction and the sector concept boards that turn a category into a look.

Social & Content

Content systems built to run — formats, templates and a month of assets that stay on brand at volume.

02 — Selected work

The index.

Open any project to read how it was made — the brief, the thinking underneath it, and what was actually delivered.

03 — Process

Four steps. No mystery.

The sequence is the same whether it's a logo or a full product surface. Only the depth changes.

  1. 01

    Brief

A call, then a written brief we both sign off. Scope, deliverables and a date — before anything is designed.

  2. 02

    Direction

Two directions, not ten. Each one a real argument for where the brand should sit, shown as work rather than mood.

  3. 03

    Execution

The chosen direction built out at volume — every screen, asset and state, with the system documented as we go.

  4. 04

    Handover

Files, guidelines and a walkthrough. You leave able to run it without us; most people keep us anyway.

04 — Studio

Senior hands. Small room.

15+

Years directing

30+

Creative awards

  • Havas
  • Dentsu
  • Ogilvy
  • Leo Burnett

Caviar & Soda is led by a creative and strategic director with fifteen years inside the networks — Havas, Dentsu, Ogilvy, Leo Burnett — and thirty-plus creative awards from that time.

The lab is the version of that experience without the layers: you talk to the person doing the thinking, briefs turn into work in days rather than weeks, and AI handles the production weight that used to justify a floor of juniors. What it doesn't touch is the judgement — which idea, which direction, which detail to fight for.

We work with a deliberately short client list at any one time. If the fit is wrong we'll say so on the first call.

05 — Start

Tell us what you're building.

hello@caviarandsoda.com

First call

Thirty minutes, no deck. You describe the problem, we tell you whether we're the right room for it.

What to send

The brief if you have one. If you don't, a paragraph about the business and what needs to change.

Timing

We reply within two working days and take on a small number of engagements at a time.
